After experiencing a devastating fire in 2011,  ADK hard cider has risen from the ashes and is ablaze with new recipes. Housed at Elf's Farm Winery, ADK Hard Cider creates craft beverages literally crammed with apples; no water, no juice concentrate. Drawing inspiration from the seasons with options like "Double Tap Strawberry" in the summer  and "Double Tap Maple" in the winter, they have been fruitful in their comeback- and worth coming back to for their Friday night winedowns, or any other day the tasting room is open.
