Many people come home to US after a backpacking trip in Europe and drink a few beers to celebrate, John Car (owner and founder) of Adirondack Brewery came home and brewed a few instead. Over the years, his post-trip experiments turned into an enterprise that locals and travelers both gravitate towards for their refreshment needs. Locally focused on crafting beer with local ingredients.
