Maybe it was the bourbon talking or maybe it was the mountains of the Adirondacks. Regardless of where their inspiration came from, Gristmill distillery is making spirits and raising them locally. They source locally, mash locally, and distill locally. Find them in their element at the Farmer's markets in Keene and Saranac Lake.
