Lake George Winter Carnival

Light up the night

The first Lake George Winter Carnival was held in the winter of 1961. Now, over a half-century later, this celebration of all the great Adirondack wintertime outdoor activities continues with four activity-packed weekends, with events taking place every Saturday and Sunday throughout February.
Outside activities are held on the beach near the concession stand, and the arts and crafts take place inside King Neptune's.
