Food truck that uses local, seasonal and organic ingredients to create crepes. Created out of an old Snap-On tools truck, the redesigned cooking space carries gluten-free, dairy free crepes that are stuffed full of locally sourced  full of veggies, cheese, eggs, fruit, maple syrup and more.
