Opened in 2013, the Paradox Brewery has been devoted to creating fine craft beers using the purest Adirondack water & quality ingredients.Speaking of water, the foundation of their beer is the water they use. It can only be found in the granite 600 ft. below the Adirondack Park. Water that is so pure, it needs no filtering or treatment before they brew it.
