Founded in 2013 this local distillery aimes to create locally made products to compete with the finest spirits from around the world. Located at the foothill of the Palmertown Mountain Range results in spirits made from exceptionally high quality water. Saratoga Courage looks to their back yard first to supply nearly everything they need to make a a variety of products.
