Test drive a new canoe, kayak or SUP at this mammoth show

Looking for a new canoe, kayak or stand-up paddleboard? Have a hard time making decisions? This might not be the place for you – with more than 1,000 models available to test drive on the Old Forge Public Beach, you can spend all weekend looking for that just-right new ride. The event’s organizer, Mountainman Outdoor Supply Co., says Paddlefest is the biggest on-water sale in the U.S.; it draws about 3,000 people every year to Old Forge, tripling the community’s size.
