Long Lake Winter Carnival
Bundle up and head out – it’s carnival time in the Adirondacks
Anybody can have a carnival in the summer. In these parts, though, winter lasts a long time – might as well put it to good use. In Long Lake, that means a ladies’ frying pan toss, a snowmobile parade, a broom ball tournament and more. The carnival is part of the Adirondack Cardboard Sled Racing Circuit – enter your corrugated wonder and try to earn enough points to be declared the overall champion.
