Owners Ashlee Kleinhammer and Steven Googin took an award-winning cheese-making operation and added yogurt and raw milk to the lineup after the previous owner retired. Their grass-fed herd of Jerseys and milking shorthorns is rotationally managed on their 112-acre spreads. The creamery is one of several small, sustainably managed operations run by young farmers in the area; their neighbors include Mace Chasm Farm and the AuSable Brewing Co.
